New Crestron Home Processor

Crestron is a global leader in home automation products and services, and Crestron Home is their super-polished smart-home platform. There is already a considerable quantity of devices available for Crestron Home, including dimmers, thermostats and touchscreens. Still, Crestron has just added a product to their lineup that their dealers have wished for, for a very long time. Please welcome, the new Creston Home DIN-rail processor!

The Crestron DIN-AP4-R is Crestron's new processor for their home platform and serves as the core processor for controlling a complete DIN rail automation system. For example, suppose you have a system which only contains Crestron Home's lighting products. In that case, you can mount this processor right inside the same enclosure as the lighting modules creating a compact and easily-maintainable installation. It would also be more dependable as you wouldn't need to have the processor located somewhere else in the home where there is a possibility it could be disconnected or turned off.

The DIN-AP4-R will be available in Q2 of 2023 and CEAV are taking pre-orders now!
